I think we have all learned something from the exercise, and I look forward to looking deeper into your service. Unfortunately it&#039;s going to be a little difficult for me to be hands-on as apparently you are not available in Australia yet. Any time-frame for that expansion?</description>

Thank you for the feedback and suggestions on how this can be avoided in the future.  I want to assure you that we&#039;re aware of the issues you raised and are working on a fix, so that what you experienced hopefully will never happen again. 

While I cannot speak to the individual cases in the reviews above, I want to assure you that they&#039;re not representative of  our typical service. But you I don&#039;t expect you to take my word for it -  your suggestion to post testimonials on our site is already in the works. In a few weeks you&#039;ll be able to see video of happy customers talking about how the service worked for them. 

Again, thank you for your feedback, and I hope with the changes we make you have a better impression of us in the future.</description>
